Contract Manager Sales

- The manager shall be responsible for analyzing key commercial/ contractual risks and provide mitigation of those risks.
- Analysis of RFP’s (request for proposal) / NIT’s (notice inviting tender) and evaluation of commercial/ contractual risk from legal, commercial and internal guidelines perspective and preparation of Risk Analysis.
- Identify missing and/or insufficient contractual provisions in RFP/NIT and map them in deviation list for optimization of terms.
- Drafting of contracts keeping company interests protected and in line with the requirements.
- Preparation of Commercial offer in response to the RFP’s / NIT’s.
- Interact with all relevant stakeholders on critical issues covered in the contractual documents to ensure the respective scope/obligations is contractually well defined.
- Phrase the responses to specific contractual /commercial/ Legal terms.
- Map/clarify tax, duties implications with company taxation specialists.
- Co-ordination with legal specialist.
- Ensure proper documentation of all the communication exchanged with customers.
SIE WISSEN
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent (any branch) with 10-15 years of experience.
- Excellent command over English Language both written and spoken
