Regional Manager Customer Service 60 - 80 % (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Independently manage the spare parts business for assigned countries, from initial customer inquiry to shipment and invoicing
  • Prepare sales price calculations for individual quotations and support spare parts quotations for new systems
  • Interact daily with customers by preparing quotations and order confirmations, and following up on issued quotations
  • Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally
  • Support sales managers in negotiations regarding prices and conditions with customers and occasionally freight forwarders
  • Handle letters of credit, including checking and submission
  • Arrange transport and prepare all necessary shipping and export documents
  • Monitor deadlines and control costs throughout the process
  • Control vendor invoices
  • Collaborate with internal departments to continuously optimize commercial business processes

Ihr Profil

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Work experience as an international export clerk
  • Knowledge of export control and letters of credit is beneficial
  • Strong teamwork, perseverance, and flexibility required
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Ideally experienced with SAP/R3 (R4)
