For the department Sales Coordination (EUC) we are looking for a
General Manager Commercial Sales (f/x/m)
Ihre Aufgaben
• Analyze markets, customers and competitor activities in Region Europe
• Ensure structured feedback loops to GSFs and COEs
• Aligns commercial sales strategy with CSO of the Region
• Communicates and involves DS in order to promote USPs for TMP
• Actively supports the planning process and is responsible for achieving the agreed
targets and mitigation of risks
• Breakdown targets to Commercial Sales Team Europe
• Supports actively Heads of Strategic Projects and Clusters
• Optimizes with COEs pricing strategy and estimation
• Prepares Takes Bid/No-Bid decisions for Strategic Projects
• Responsibility for state of the art commercial contracts in close cooperation with legal,
tax and finance dept.
• Supports commercial contracting of DS
• Keep CRM data of customer up to date (contacts, IB, buying center information, visit
reports, installed base)
• Ensures a seamless handover between sales and order execution
Ihr Profil
• Deep understanding of the metals industry and market dynamics
• General technical & process know-how / expertise
• Experienced negotiator of complex commercial affairs
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proven ability to generate leads, proactively engage with customers
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Effective at leading cross-functional teams (CoEs, Region)
