For our Solution X Region Europe Team, we are looking for a 

Regional Sales Manager Processing Lines (f/x/m)


Ihre Aufgaben

You will be part of the Solution X Europe sales team and carry proactive strategic and operational sales responsibilities for our service products and services in the field of Processing Lines. Through targeted product placement in the market, you will be responsible for order intake and revenue. Your tasks will include:

  • Deep understanding of the product portfolio along the process chain (incl. Drever, Duma Bandzink & Elotherm), strong sales acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements and service offerings
  • Analyzing market and customer situations, deriving market potential, and defining sales strategies, as well as related sales initiatives and measures
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new service opportunities
  • Understanding the requirements and pain points of our customers to derive potential for the Solution Selling approach
  • Planning and executing sales activities in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to explore future and sustainable growth areas
  • Developing strategies for segment-specific market processing and defining sales arguments for the respective target segments

Ihr Profil

You are a trained technician (m/f/d) or have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Additionally, you have at least five years of professional experience in the maintenance or operation of Processing Lines. You also possess:

  • Deep technical & process know-how in the field of Processing Lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Confident appearance, binding and goal-oriented actions
  • High customer orientation
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Enjoyment and willingness to travel across Europe
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications and CRM software
