For our Solution X Region Europe Team, we are looking for a 

Regional Sales Manager Italy Bright Steel (f/x/m)

Ihre Aufgaben

You will be part of the Solution X Europe sales team and carry strategic and operational sales responsibility for our service products and services in the field of Bright Steel Plants. Through targeted product placement in the market, you will be responsible for order intake and revenue. Your tasks will include:

  • Screen customer situation and identify trends, competitor activities and potential areas for growth
  • Analyzing market and customer situations, deriving market potential, and defining sales strategies, as well as related sales initiatives and measures
  • Understanding the requirements and pain points of our customers to derive potential for the Solution Selling approach
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Bright Steel service solutions in Italy
  • Owe knowledge of customers organization and decision makers and develop a strong relationship to customers throughout all management levels
  • Work closely with the product management, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of after-sales services

Ihr Profil

You are a trained technician (m/f/d) or have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Additionally, you have at least five years of professional experience in the maintenance or operation of Bright Steel plants. You also possess:

  • Understanding of cultural specifics
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Understand customer expectations and requirements with a high customer orientation
  • Confident appearance, binding and goal-oriented actions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Native speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications and CRM software
