For our Consulting Services department (HRC) in Mönchengladbach or Hilchenbach we are looking to recruit in full- or part-time a

(Sr.) HR Manager Global Compensation & Board Services (f/m/x)


Ihre Aufgaben

In this role you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. You analyze market trends, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Main tasks are: 

  • Development of a holistic total rewards strategy in line with corporate goals and culture
  • Development and implementation of grading & levelling systems - transparent, comprehensible and in line with the market
  • Implementation of market analyses, benchmarking and internal evaluations to further develop our positioning
  • Support with budget & personnel planning in close collaboration with finance and HR business partners

  • Advising management, executives and HR partners on Total Rewards topics
  • Development and optimization of internal company assignment guidelines (short term, long term, cross-border commuters) together with the external tax provider
  • Improvement of global mobility processes

Ihr Profil

Your bring an academic degree in Business, HR or a comparable field as well as at least 5 years of experience in the area of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits - ideally in an international medium-sized company. Furthermore this is important: 

  • Sound knowledge in setting up grading/levelling models, international salary systems, bonus structures and benefits
  • Confident handling of market analyses, job matching systems and KPI-supported management
  • Strategic view, paired with hands-on mentality and implementation skills
  • Enthusiasm for system design, structuring and operationalization
  • Strong consulting skills, strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
