(Sr.) Manager Leadership & Cultural Development (f/m/x)


Ihre Aufgaben

The role is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing programs that cultivate leadership skills within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves assessing leadership capabilies, identifying potential leaders and providing state of the art development opportunities.  Key responsibilities are: 

  • Build and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with global organizational priorities, talent strategy, and strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted L&D advisor to regional training and development and HR teams, identifying key learning priorities and workforce skill gaps.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best-in-class practices, as well as emerging learning technologies to continuously evolve learning programs.
  • Drive top talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Analyse business and performance data to conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis and align to global L&D course catalogues
  • Work with the global HR team, align and coordiante all aspects of the creation, curation and implementation of a comprehensive portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development and career progression initiatives.
  • Establish clear success metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the efficiency and business impact of L&D programs.

Ihr Profil

You bring a University degree in business administration or social sciences, ideally with a psychological context or an equivalent qualification and have proven experience in an L&D leadership role with a focus on global program management. This is also important to us:

  • Strategic approach with the ability to translate business goals into impactful learning initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and business areas.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Data-driven approach to assessing learning impact and making informed decisions.
  • Passion for leadership development and building a culture of continuous learning.
