For our Leadership, Culture & Development department (HRL) in Mönchengladbach or Hilchenbach we are looking to recruit in full- or part-time a

(Sr.) HR Manager Change & Culture (f/m/x)


Ihre Aufgaben

In this role your are responsible for facilitating and coordinating change initiatives throughout the the global organization and ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the company´s core value and cultural objectives. The role also helps to enhance employee engagement and adaptability, thereby improving overall organizational resilience and effectiveness in achieving long-term goals. The key responsibilities amongst others are: 

  • Target group and needs-orientated coordination, development and implementation of change and cultural measures
  • Developing and implementing methods for measuring change activities
  • Steering stakeholder and interface management in a complex environment
  • Promoting networked, agile and sustainable ways of working
  • Moderating training sessions and workshops
  • Establishment of a global network to promote the organisation of change initiatives and projects
  • Drive organizational development, including (but not limited to) re-structuring and re-organization projects, in coordination with both global and local management and HR Business Partners

Ihr Profil

The expected qualification is a degree in business administration or social sciences, ideally with a psychological context or an equivalent qualification

  • A mimimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in change and project management
  • Experience in working with managers, stakeholders and committees at various levels
  • High conceptual and analytical competence, combined with implementation strength, assertiveness and diplomacy or negotiation skills
  • Certification as an agile coach, Scrum Master or comparable qualifications desirable
  • Moderation skills and extensive understanding of team development and group dynamics
