Expert HR Controlling & Analytics (f/m/x)

Ihre Aufgaben

In this role you are responsible for the implementation and optimization of operational and strategic global HR controlling. In detail this means:

  • Coordination, planning and preparation of annual personnel cost and headcount planning
  • Creating meaningful analyses and reports on HR-related KPIs
  • Driving forward the development of business intelligence solutions and AI
  • Further development of HR controlling tools and processes

Ihr Profil

Your background is a degree in Economics or in a similar field, ideally with focus on HR and you have some years experience in HR controlling in an international industry environment. Furthermore this is important: 

  • Strong anytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of typical HR controlling tools
  • Proven experience in cost and headcound planning
  • Affinity for digitalization
