UI/UX Designer

• You will be responsible for the continuous application, maintenance, and further development of the style guide for digital products and solutions from the SMS digital portfolio.
• Support of the product teams in the research and conception process through the creation of flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Presentations to communicate procedures and results.
• Conversion of concepts into pixel-perfect mockups with design-to-development hand-off.
• Participation in sprint events, especially planning, reviews, and refinements.
• Promotion of active knowledge exchange

• Degree in User Experience Design, Media Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in digital product conception and development.
• Experience with style guides and design systems, as well as strong proficiency in popular design and prototyping tools (Adobe CC, Axure RP, Figma, and Sketch).
• Fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken.
• Self-driven, results-oriented approach to work, with a strong commitment and motivation to develop new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ideally, some exposure to agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking, and LEAN.
