YOU ACT

You will shape our new office in Boden and, as part of the accounting team, be responsible for financial accounting and cost accounting. You will work independently in a small global team and have plenty of room for creativity:

In the area of accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable):

  • Participation in ongoing accounting, especially supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Participation in group reporting (Tagetik)
  • Support in corporate planning and its reporting
  • Creation and reporting of liquidity planning
  • Creation and posting of outgoing invoices as well as monitoring timely payments and issuing reminders for delays
  • Checking and posting of incoming invoices in S/4HANA, taking into account local law

In the area of cost accounting:

  • Conducting monthly and annual financial statements, including the settlement of internal orders, WBS elements, production orders, SD customer orders, and material valuation according to K3 (accounting standard based on the Swedish Annual Accounts Act) and IFRS
  • Loss-free valuation of work in progress by, for example:
    • Determining and monitoring valuation allowances for design, production, and materials
    • Determining and posting loss provisions or asset write-downs
  • Corporate planning (cost centers, income statements) in local and IFRS ledgers
  • Planning of order backlogs and expected order intake
  • Personnel and cost center planning

YOU KNOW

You have completed training as an accountant or have a financial degree and can demonstrate several years of experience in accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable). Additionally, you have:

  • Knowledge of accounting (K3, IFRS)
  • Knowledge of electronic communication with authorities
  • Basic knowledge of consolidation in a corporate group
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Strong commitment, sense of responsibility, and cost awareness
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish VAT law, tax law, including cross-border service exchanges
  • Very good English language skills; knowledge of Swedish and/or German language skills would be an optional asset
  • IT affinity for systems and processes (preferably very good SAP knowledge, e.g., S/4 Hana FI, SD, FI-AA, MM; E-Invoice Readsoft)
