Regional Sales Manager Electric & Automation (f/x/m)
YOU ACT
As Sales Manager Electric & Automation, you will be responsible for driving SMS group’s EA products and services. You will be part of the Solution X Europe sales team and develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships and ensure the successful implementation of EA solutions to meet customer needs. Through targeted product placement in the market, you will be responsible for order intake and revenue. Your tasks will include:
- Grow the EA Service Business in the Region Europe proactively and/or through the empowerment of our Regional Sales Manager
- Deep understanding of the product portfolio, strong sales acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements and service offerings
- Analyzing market and customer situations, deriving market potential, and defining sales strategies, as well as related sales initiatives and measures
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new service opportunities
- Planning and executing sales activities in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to explore future and sustainable growth areas
- Developing strategies for segment-specific market processing and defining sales arguments for the respective target segments
YOU KNOW
You have a proven experience (at least five years) in sales, preferably in the electric automation industry. Additionally, you have successfully completed your studies in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field. You also possess:
- Strong technical knowledge of electric automation systems and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Confident appearance, binding and goal-oriented actions
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoyment and willingness to travel across Europe
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications and CRM software
