Supply Chain Transformation Expert


YOU ACT

The Supply Chain Transformation Expert drives the supply chain transformation and ensure supplier adoption of our digital tools.

Tasks and Responsibilities:        

  • Ensure sustainable usage of SMS Supplier Portal and other digital Supply Chain solutions in local entity;  
  • Define ramp-up priorities for the Supplier Onboarding Team based on data analysis and local business insights;          
  • Cooperate with central supplier onboarding colleagues in Poland;  
  • Tool onboarding of suppliers with Italian language (convince and help suppliers to use our tools and applications);         
  • Monitor local usage rate KPIs and identify improvement opportunities;            
  • Support local business teams during transformation;       
  • Recognize internal training requirements and organize training internal programs;     
  • Act as the bridge between local business and central Product Management for Supply Chain Tools (e.g. forward user feedback and improvement ideas).  


YOU KNOW

Skills:

  • good communication in English language;         
  • open in communication with external partners and internal colleagues;         
  • being proactive and self driven;    
  • affinity to digital applications;      
  • able to influence and challenge stakeholders in a constructive and respectful manner;
  • bachelor degree in management engineering;
  • fluent English.

We are looking for candidates that already have an experience in the supply chain department or junior profiles recently graduated.
