Technical System Manager Functional Electrics (m/w/d)


YOU ACT

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

Sales

  • Coordination of electric and automation supplies for non-ferrous-plants and casting plants
  • Sales project engineering support incl. preparation of parts of the technical specification (i.e. Motor & Components-List)
  • Participation in meetings with Customers, Sub-Suppliers and Consortial Members

Order Execution

  • Managing of technical systems (i.e. fluid systems) considering functions and interfaces with Electric and Automation 
  • Project leading of sub projects (i.e. consortial leadership or leading of sub-supplier)
  • Leading / participation of meetings with Customers, Sub-Suppliers and Consortial members
  • Preparation of Basic Engineering Documents including harmonization with mechanical, fluid and civil engineering
  • Order execution in modern engineering tools like SAP and AVEVA
  • Participation in System Integration Tests, Installation and Commissioning

    YOU KNOW

    To qualify for this role you bring a Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering / Process Engineering with fundamental knowledge in functional dependencies regarding mechanical engineering, Motors, Sensors and Automation-Systems. Furthermore this is important to us:

    • Knowledge to read and understand fluid schematics and mechanical engineering drawings
    • Knowledge of automation and drive systems of conventional systems
    • Operational Readiness, assertiveness, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team as well as distinct price and cost consciousness
    • English fluent in written and spoken
    • Readiness for worldwide business trips
