Product Manager Equipment and Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Responsible for the product portfolio of SMS Concast AG
  • Manage the product strategy from idea generation to product development and market launch, as well as product support during the life cycle
  • Identify and synthesize customer needs, and scout new trends and solution possibilities
  • Present new SMS Concast products at group-wide events in the field of product management
  • Coordinate timely and budgeted project execution
  • Transfer new products to operative units such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering
  • Keep product documentation updated
  • Closely cooperate with colleagues inside the departments as well as external development partners

Your profile

  • Degree in mechanical engineering (from a university of applied sciences or technical university) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in product management in plant construction or equipment engineering
  • Additional experience in developing EaaS business models and aggregating mechanical, E&A and digital solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and offer good communication skills and a trustworthy appearance
  • Fluency in business English
  • Willingness to undertake international travel (approx. 10%)
