Order Handling and Sales Support

Your tasks

This position involves managing inquiries, preparing offers, processing orders, and coordinating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to meet customer needs effectively.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Receive and respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and service offers promptly and professionally. Provide accurate product and service information to customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.

Offer Preparation: Prepare detailed offers for spare parts and service solutions based on customer requirements and specifications. Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for offers. Present offers to customers and negotiate terms as needed to secure.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or a related field with 5-8 years of Industrial project management experience from any Steel Industry or EPC company.
  • Proven experience in spare parts management, Spare parts and service offer preparation, or order handling roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of technical products and services, particularly in the Electrical & Automation domain, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
