Products Portfolio Manager (f/x/m)

Your tasks

As the Products Portfolio Manager, your role encompasses coordinating and governing the full portfolio of Products within SXT, so to maximize the business outcome, while assuring the consistency of the Solutions Technologies in answering customer needs and following our strategic objectives.

Coordinate Product Management for SXT, liaising with PM governance, and assure compliance with PM requirements in the Strategic, Technical and Operational Fields.
Identify and maintain the list of SXT Products.
Consolidate customer needs regarding our SXT portfolio via involvement in sales and customer visits.
Organize by Solution and cluster the SXT offering in an understandable business approach.
Streamline the Portfolio by challenging Products on their Business Plan and proposing arbitration.
Identify synergies, overlaps or white spots between Products technical functionalities, so to prioritize on integration works and support the platform convergence roadmap.
Develop and prioritize requirements to Equipment CoEs for designing assets as "SXT ready".
Align the portfolio with Equipment CoEs, SX CoCs and regions, and act as counterpart

Your profile

At best, 3 to 5 years experience as Product Manager and knowledge of steel processes
Proficiency in strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English is essential

Salary level

EG 14; depending on qualification and professional experience.
