For our Solution X Region Europe Team, we are looking for a
Sales Manager Focus Digital Solutions (f/x/m)
Your tasks
As Sales Manager Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for driving SMS group’s digital products and services. You will be part of the Solution X Europe sales team and develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships and ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions to meet customer needs. Through targeted product placement in the market, you will be responsible for order intake and revenue. Your tasks will include:
- Deep understanding of the digital product portfolio, strong sales acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements and service offerings
- Understanding the requirements and pain points of our customers to derive potential for the Solution Selling approach
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for digital solutions
- Identification of new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Presentations of SMS group’s digital solutions to potential clients, highlighting value-added benefits
- Collaboration with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
- Planning and executing sales activities in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to explore future and sustainable growth areas
Your profile
You have a proven experience (at least five years) in sales, preferably in digital solutions. Additionally, you have successfully completed your studies in Business, Engineering or a related field. You also possess:
- Strong technical knowledge of digital solutions for the metals industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Confident appearance, binding and goal-oriented actions
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoyment and willingness to travel across Europe
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications and CRM software

Salary level
EG 13-15 (depends on qualification and experience)
