Expert HR Controlling & Analytics (f/m/x)

Your tasks

In this role you are responsible for the implementation and optimization of operational and strategic global HR controlling. In detail this means:

Coordination, planning and preparation of annual personnel cost and headcount planning
Creating meaningful analyses and reports on HR-related KPIs
Driving forward the development of business intelligence solutions and AI
Further development of HR controlling tools and processes

Your profile

Your background is a degree in Economics or in a similar field, ideally with focus on HR and you have some years experience in HR controlling in an international industry environment. Furthermore this is important:

Strong anytical skills
Sound knowledge of typical HR controlling tools
Proven experience in cost and headcound planning
Affinity for digitalization

Salary level

t.b.d. (depending on qualification and professional experience)
