PLC Software and Commissioning Engineer/Technician (f/m/d)
YOU ACT
As a Level 1 PLC Software Developer in a strong team, you help shape the logistics of tomorrow and develop intelligent software to control complex intralogistics processes in the metal industry and port logistics. Your responsibilities also include:
- High-tech meets heavy loads: Control and monitor large systems such as cranes, conveyor technology, and vehicles that move loads of up to 50 tons—precisely, efficiently, and in real time.
- From creating solutions to commissioning: Design interfaces, collaborate closely with customers, and support projects worldwide—from the first alignment to onsite final acceptance test.
- International & communicative: Work on global projects with English in your day-to-day work and experience exciting customer locations around the globe.
- Virtual worlds & smart testing: Develop and test software with digital twins, simulators, and visualizations—everything within a powerful in-house testing environment.

YOU KNOW
You have a completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field of study or job experience and further training as technician.
We also value:
- Preferably experience in S7-TIA software development
- Analytical skills regarding technical processes and interrelationships, and the ability to translate them into automation solutions
- Good English language skills and a strong interest in working in a team
