Technical Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager, will report to Country Sales Manager and be primarily responsible for:
 Leading the sales activities for metallurgical products and services
 Developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the metallurgy industry
 Conducting regular customer visits, managing customer relations, and troubleshooting
 Meeting sales targets and KPI responsibilities for the Metallurgy Division
 Coordinating between customers and SMS Group's worldwide project teams
 Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
 Collaborate with SMS worldwide technical teams to ensure product offerings, meet client needs
 Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
 Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

University degree preferably in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

• Strong understanding of Meltshops, preferably, electric steel making (EAF) processes and equipment
• Experience in blast furnace, convertor steelmaking or continuous casters is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Having an established network within the metallurgy sector
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness and no restriction for travel
• Having a valid driving license
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Willingness to live on the Asian side of Istanbul or nearby
