Technical Sales Manager, Metallurgy (Satış Yöneticisi Metalurji) (f/m/d)

Technical Sales Manager, will report to Country Sales Manager and be primarily responsible for:

• Leading the sales activities for metallurgical products and services
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the metallurgy industry
• Conducting regular customer visits, managing customer relations, and troubleshooting
• Meeting sales targets and KPI responsibilities for the Metallurgy Division
• Coordinating between customers and SMS Group's worldwide project teams
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Collaborate with SMS worldwide technical teams to ensure product offerings, meet client needs
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

University degree preferably in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

• At least 3 years experiences in Meltshops, preferably, electric steel making (EAF) processes and equipment or experience in blast furnace, steelmaking convertor is a MUST. Slab continuous casters experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of general working experience is required
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Having an established network within the metallurgy sector
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness and no restriction for travel
• Having a valid driving license & Completed military service for male candidates
• Willingness to live on the Asian side of Istanbul or nearby
