We are now looking for a Spare Parts Engineer with strong technical understanding of plant equipment and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient spare parts delivery processes.
Spare Parts Engineer – Pelletizing & Sintering
SIE HANDELN
- Identify spare parts and provide technical clarifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain item codes and plant structures in Enovia/SAP.
- Classify items for export control compliance.
- Collaborate with supply chain team to confirm prices and lead times.
- Contact suppliers to verify availability, compatibility, lead times, costs, and inspection requirements.
- Provide consulting support for sales teams regarding item identification.
- Generate and maintain typical spare parts lists for project proposals.
- Support MA and other departments in resolving spare parts-related technical issues.
- Develop spare parts solutions, including part definition, categorization, item data, lists, kits/packages, and input for solution agreements.
- Work with Product Line and Procurement to identify alternative parts to meet technical and cost objectives.
SIE WISSEN
- BE/BTech with experience range of 3-5 years.
- Strong technical knowledge of spare parts and plant structures.
- Proficiency in SAP and Enovia for item management and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with ability to ensure compliance (e.g., export control).
- Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to provide technical support for sales and project teams.
- Technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within structured processes and systems.
- Problem-solving mindset for technical and logistical challenges.
