The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting establishment phase for SMS group in Boden. It is a challenging and thrilling job in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will have varied tasks and be involved in both big and small initiatives. The mission will evolve alongside our organization, with an initial focus on building up the organization.

The role of Commercial Support Manager entails working operationally and supportively within the business area, primarily in contracts, finance, monitoring/follow-up, and administration. You play a key role in our establishment of the organization in Boden and provide support to the organization's managers and leadership. You collaborate with the commercial department at SMS group.

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Negotiating long-term contracts for various goods and services
  • Monitoring and administrating changes in contracts
  • Controlling budgets during the startup phase, identifying deviations
  • Control and analysis of maintenance budget
  • Preparing cash flow reports and planning
  • Preparing cost forecasts and reports
  • Preparing profit and loss reports and planning

YOU KNOW

You have a relevant academic degree, for example in economics or finance coupled with commercial background/experience. To succeed in this role during our establishment phase, it's important that you can adapt to a flexible and evolving environment and have a solution-oriented and goal-oriented approach to your work.

Additionally, important to us:

  • Independent and methodical approach to work
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability and adherence to deadlines
  • Team-oriented way of work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written; German language skills would be an optional asset
