Chief Expert Electrics, Automation and Digital (f/m/x)

The Chief Expert Electrics, Automation and Digital plays a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of the company, focusing on electrics, automation, and digital transformation. You are particularly responsible for leading the development of a new software ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation across the organization.

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to answer and anticipate customer needs, in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead EA and digital platform initiatives, contributing to business targets.
• Technology Development and Innovation:
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of a new software ecosystem, integrating Level 2 and Level 3 applications, aiming at consolidating our Lifecycle partnership ambition and accompanying our customers in their digitalization journey.
  • Supply, standardize and maintain automation Level 1 equipment related solutions.
  • Supply, standardize and maintain data platforms.
  • Supply, standardize and maintain platforms for software design, software development and system integration, including level 2.
  • Manage specific software development projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensure the integration of advanced automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Watch emerging technologies and trends in electrics, automation, and digital solutions.
• Team and Stakeholders Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate technology strategies and progress.
  • Engage with external partners to drive technology partnerships and innovations.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure technology solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s technology assets.

• Education: University degree in Electrical engineering / automation, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrics and Automation, and ideally digital area.
